Celebrate the 4th of July in Telluride

The Telluride 4th of July Parade is the longest running event in the town! It has also been voted "The Best Small Town Parade in America." This festive event is fun for people of all ages. Don't miss this parade at 11 a.m. on July 4, on Main Street and Colorado Avenue.

Visit the Telluride Historical Museum

The Telluride History Museum is the best place to learn about Telluride's rich past! Located in the old hospital and containing exhibits covering nearly every facet of local history, this is an unmissable heritage site! 

Explore Galloping Goose Railroad Museum 

At the Galloping Goose Railroad Museum in Dolores, visitors can explore local railroad history. Exhibits that showcase the history of the Rio Grande Southern Railroad. You can even ride the famous Galloping Goose No. 5 while you're there!
