Telluride Launches a Unique Dining Experience in Refurbished Gondola Cabins

As COVID-19 forces the ski and dining industries both to innovate to overcome new challenges Telluride's Mountain Village has come up with a creative and fun way to offer a unique and safe dining experiences to guests of the many outstanding restaurants. Decommissioned gondola cabins are now being refurbished with dining tables, light, and heat, and scattered throughout Mountain Village to offer a memorable and safe experience to diners.

Menu options will be available via QR code in the gondola cabin, with 12 different restaurants throughout town to choose from. 20 cabins will be spread throughout Mountain Village. There will also be dining yurts and pavilions set up for groups up to 8.

Gondolas were refurbished by The Gondola Shop in Fruita, Colorado. The Gondola shop also refits weddings for saunas, weddings, coffee stands, and DJ booths.
